In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

By registering an Account, making a deposit, or placing any Bet on 88idr, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 88idr.

These Terms must be read in conjunction with the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming policy, and any specific game or promotion rules published on the Platform from time to time. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and game-specific or promotion-specific rules, these Terms shall prevail unless the specific rules expressly state otherwise.

To register and maintain an Account on 88idr, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age. Players under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or using any product on 88idr.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or agent of 88idr, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have previously had an Account closed or suspended by 88idr for breach of these Terms.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party.

88idr reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any point during your use of the Platform. Providing false information to circumvent eligibility requirements constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of any pending winnings.

Each eligible individual may register only one Account on 88idr. Registering or operating more than one Account — whether under the same identity, different identities, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are detected, 88idr will close all but the original Account and may withhold any balances or winnings associated with the duplicate.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification (KTP or passport).
• A valid date of birth confirming you are 21 or older.
• A valid, active email address that you control.
• A mobile telephone number registered in Indonesia.
• Your preferred Indonesian bank account or e-wallet details for withdrawal purposes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. 88idr will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

88idr reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide reasons.

Before processing your first withdrawal — and at any other time at our discretion — 88idr will require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This process is a standard industry requirement designed to prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling.

You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: A clear, legible copy of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP) or valid Indonesian passport.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence issued within the last 90 days, confirming your residential address in Indonesia.
• Proof of Payment Method: A copy of your bank account passbook, e-statement, or e-wallet account screenshot confirming ownership of the account used for deposits (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja, or other supported methods).
• Source of Funds: In cases where account activity raises verification requirements, documentation confirming the legitimate source of funds used for deposits.

Withdrawals will be held in a pending state until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. 88idr will process submitted KYC documents within 2 business days. Failure to provide requested documentation within 30 calendar days of the request may result in Account suspension.

88idr accepts deposits exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) through the following supported payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at 88idr's discretion; the current list of active deposit methods is displayed in the Cashier section of your Account.

• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion.
• Deposits are credited to your Account balance in real time or within a maximum of 15 minutes following confirmed receipt of cleared funds from your bank or e-wallet provider.
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• 88idr does not charge any fee for deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer fees; these are your sole responsibility.
• Funds deposited to 88idr are held in a dedicated player funds account, segregated from 88idr's operational funds.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the verified Indonesian bank account or e-wallet registered on your 88idr Account. Withdrawals are subject to completed KYC verification as described in Clause 5. The following conditions apply:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 unless otherwise specified.
• Withdrawals to BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval during banking hours. E-wallet withdrawals (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are typically processed within 5 minutes.
• Withdrawal requests submitted outside standard Indonesian banking hours (Monday–Friday, 08:00–21:00 WIB) may experience delays due to interbank processing windows.
• You may only withdraw to a payment account registered in your own name and verified during KYC. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Bonus Funds that have not satisfied the applicable wagering requirements may not be withdrawn. Only real-money balance that has met all applicable playthrough conditions is eligible for withdrawal.
• 88idr reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may temporarily delay processing. We will notify you via your registered email address if additional information is required.

88idr offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, which are incorporated by reference into these Terms. The following general bonus conditions apply unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion's dedicated terms page.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Live casino games, sportsbook bets, and specific slot categories may carry different contribution percentages, as detailed in the individual promotion terms.
• Expiry: Bonus Funds that are not used within the stated validity period will be forfeited without compensation.
• One Bonus Per Promotion: Each promotion is limited to one claim per Account, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Abuse Prevention: 88idr reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or reclaim any Bonus Funds — and associated winnings — where there is evidence of bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or any strategy designed to exploit promotional terms. This includes, but is not limited to, placing opposite-side bets to guarantee a bonus-funded profit regardless of outcome.
• Promotional Amendments: 88idr reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

All bets placed on 88idr are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any product-specific rules applicable to sportsbook, live casino, slots, Capsa Susun, or Mahjong:

• A bet is not accepted until 88idr has issued a confirmation reference for that specific wager. A bet confirmation displayed on screen constitutes acceptance by 88idr.
• 88idr reserves the right to set minimum and maximum bet limits on any game, market, or event at its sole discretion. Limits may vary by product, player account, and individual event.
• In the event of a technical error, system failure, or manifest pricing error, 88idr reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant player accounts.
• For sportsbook wagers, bets placed on events that are subsequently postponed, abandoned, or cancelled will be voided and stakes returned, unless specific settlement rules for that market state otherwise.
• For live casino products operated by certified studio providers (Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, SA Gaming), the studio provider's published game rules govern the conduct and settlement of individual rounds. In the event of a studio-side technical failure, the studio provider's dispute resolution procedure applies.
• Winnings from successfully settled bets are credited to your Account balance promptly following settlement. 88idr's settlement decision on any disputed bet is final, subject to the formal dispute process described in Clause 18.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 88idr and will result in immediate Account suspension, termination, and potential forfeiture of balance:

• Registering or operating more than one Account, or assisting another person in circumventing the single-account rule.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or at any other point.
• Using another person's identity, payment credentials, or account access without their explicit written authorisation.
• Depositing funds derived from unlawful activity, including but not limited to proceeds of fraud or money laundering.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or pricing anomalies — commonly referred to as "bug abuse" or "glitch exploitation" — to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, interact with games, or manipulate account behaviour in a way not intended for human players.
• Colluding with other players in live card or table games to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other participants.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting or exploiting promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play, as determined at 88idr's reasonable discretion.
• Engaging in or facilitating any form of chip dumping, match-fixing, or sports manipulation in connection with bets placed on 88idr.
• Accessing or attempting to access the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using VPN, proxy, or any other IP-masking technology.

88idr is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools that help players maintain control over their gaming activity. The following features are available to all Account holders through the Account Settings menu:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount that can be deposited into your Account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive on-screen notifications after a set duration of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, or 6 months, or request a permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

All content on the 88idr platform — including but not limited to the 88idr brand name and logo, website design, graphic elements, software, game interfaces, text, imagery, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of 88idr or its licensed content partners, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, publicly display, republish, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of 88idr. Any unauthorised use of Platform content will result in immediate Account termination and may expose you to civil or criminal liability.

88idr collects, stores, and processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.

Personal data collected during registration and KYC — including your full name, date of birth, address, identity documents, and payment account details — is used solely for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the delivery of 88idr services. Your data is not sold to third parties.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 88idr's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 88idr Account in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

In particular, 88idr shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of winnings, loss of opportunity, loss of data, or any indirect, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, even if 88idr has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Service interruptions caused by factors outside 88idr's reasonable control, including internet connectivity issues, power outages, acts of government, natural disasters, or third-party provider failures.
• Losses resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials confidential.
• Losses resulting from your reliance on information published on the Platform that was accurate at time of publication but subsequently changed.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death, or personal injury caused by 88idr's negligence, to the extent that such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.

Termination by You: You may close your Account at any time by contacting 88idr support. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your Account (net of any amounts subject to pending investigation, withdrawal fees, or bonus fund restrictions) will be returned to your verified payment method within 5 business days.

Termination by 88idr: 88idr reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Confirmed or suspected fraudulent, criminal, or prohibited conduct as described in Clause 10.
• Account inactivity — defined as no login or wagering activity for a continuous period of 12 months. Before closure for inactivity, 88idr will send a notification to your registered email address. Dormant account balances will be held in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
• A regulatory or legal requirement to do so.

Where an Account is closed by 88idr due to confirmed breach of these Terms, any real-money balance and pending winnings may be withheld pending investigation and may be forfeited where the breach involved fraud, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct.

88idr reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will publish the revised Terms on this page with an updated "Last Revised" date and, where the changes are significant, we will notify active Account holders by email to their registered address.

Your continued use of the 88idr platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised agreement. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account prior to the effective date of the amendment.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 88idr is incorporated and licensed, as a company operating under international online gaming regulations. For Indonesian players, these Terms are made available in English as the governing language of the agreement.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt resolution through 88idr's internal dispute process (see Clause 18 below). If a dispute cannot be resolved internally within 30 calendar days of formal submission, the parties may refer the matter to binding arbitration administered by a mutually agreed international arbitration body.

Nothing in this clause limits any statutory consumer protection rights you may hold under Indonesian law that cannot be excluded by agreement.
